Aisha Hinds, an American actress best famous for her role in the television shows The Shield and True Blood. Since her first appearance in 2003, she has proven her abilities in the role of actress with amazing performances on TV shows such as 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. The year 2005 was the year she gained attention first for her performance as Anna as Anna in Assault on Precinct 13 It was however her portrayal of feminist campaigner Fannie Lou Hamer from the documentary film All the Way that finally earned her acclaim as an actor. Hind's performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's time-based drama Underground was also highly praised.
